CORPORATE (FINANCE) LOGO RE-DESIGN

I have ran 99 Designs contest, I do not like the submissions primarily because the logo (mostly the statue) becomes too small to be identifiable. I am attaching 182 past submissions, out of which I could not choose one as a guide or a direction to move toward. Second, I am providing my own illustation of an idea.... a line drawing that has minimal detail and connects the statue, with the buildings, with the 'finance' arrow. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] THIS IS HOW I WANT THE LOGO TO ACTUALLY LOOK: 1) It will be a vector drawing of a 'building' scheme as reference image 2) We will integrate acronym 'NYTG' into the drawing 3) With minor changes, we can make the letters part of the buildings 4) We will not use font, we will merely adjust the line drawing to make it look as if letters are built in 5) Acronym 'NYTG' will be partially exposed between the buildings 6) Acronym will be partially white over white background which is okay I hope you grasp the idea. I am attaching a full size vector file for easy editing and here is what it actually looks like: [login to view URL] QUALIFYING QUESTION: What can you comment in regards to my requirements.... specifically the fact that I need to present the acronym NYTG to the viewer around the building silhouette, rather then defining the letters themselves. So if you were to imagine, the letters are there, but they are also part of the background, while serving to separate the building outline.
