Graphics and Design - Looking For a Very Good Designer

I am looking for 1 or 2 people who are very, very good at using Photoshop and other design software. You must be smart, good with English, very artistic with design and colors and be able to understand and follow instructions very well. You must also be able to get along well with other people. If you are someone like this, look at my RAC rating, see how many projects I have done and also what the workers say about me. _**Scope of Work **_ I used to be Sr. Marketing Manager of a 130 million dollar company here in the USA. I was in charge of Advertising, Market Research, Product Development and several other product departments. The company was sold so I have started working out of my home, consulting with businesses concerning their sales, marketing and their Internet marketing. I have been at the top of businesses and I know what USA companies like when it comes to colors, graphics, and marketing. I have over 30 total years of experience. I am looking for 1 or 2 people (maybe students), who are interested in working with me for about 6 - 9 months. If we work well together and you are smart and work fast, I will hire you at a much higher pay when I have taught you everything I know. If I select you, I will teach you about what USA businesses like and what they do not like. You will get training from an EXPERT in USA marketing. I will give you projects for you to do with a time to have these projects completed and back to me. However, I will pay you less than what you usually would get paid. Also, ***_everything I teach you is confidential and you can not tell anyone else what I have taught you._*** See the rest of the information under the PLATFORM section . . ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform If you are interested, reply to this bid request and tell me about yourself and your design and Photoshop/design software skills. Also, tell me why I should select you and not someone else. I need for you to also tell me the price you will charge me, per hour, for the projects I have you do. These will **_not be_** major hard projects and I would expect aprox 8-10 hours of work per week (unless you can do more). To help compensate you during the time I am training you, I will help you set-up your RAC resume page so people will want you to do work for them. If you do not have ratings, I will have you do a small project for me and I will give you a 10 and say good things about your work.
