Need some banners for advertising through Google AdWords

My company is currently in the process of launching a brand new site design to sell t-shirts. We are looking for a graphic artist to assist us in the creation of high quality banners to use in Google Adwords as well as our own Affiliate Program. To start, we are looking to get a series of different banners created around a single T-Shirt Design (see attached). We are looking for a serious graphic artist with vision who can take the shirt designs and come up with up to 5 different "themes" or "sets" of banners, each with a banner in the most common sizes. Our goal is to get 5 different banner ads from you and we can select the best two "themes" or "sets" ? that we can run in parallel in Google AdWords to gauge performance. If we like your banners and they are successful at driving traffic to our landing page we will have additional work with other designs. We have 25 designs on the site now with over 20 more to come so if our project goes well there will be more work with all of our designs. ## Deliverables * Banners should be animated! * Looking to get 5 sets of banners mocked up. * A set is defined as a different theme. * Each set will contain at least one banner in each of the major size categories * Be creative, rude and offensive is good,so is sexy and stylish. * If you're asking us for how to design the banners you lack the "vision" we are looking for, if I wanted to design the banner I would have done it. * We are looking for the artist with vision and drive, we'll answer any questions you have but we're looking for someone to run with it. Please submit at least one mock, highly watermarked related to our bid, please not banners from previous projects, we want to see how to invision this project not someone elses project. Our logo and t-shirt design is included in the zip file, feel free to use these with your sample artwork to submit to us. Any other use of the graphics in this file are a violation of copyright and we will seek to collect damages from you.
