Graphic Designer: Business Cards + Desktop Publishing

I need a graphic designers that can handle the following projects. (I am open to working with more than one designer if you have an expertise in one project.) (1) PROJECT: Business Cards We will need ongoing projects of designing (and customising) business card files (AI, PSD, etc). I will provide handrawn wireframes, logo files, and graphics. You may need to modify graphics. Serious graphic designers only -- not just someone who deals with clip art in Photoshop (as I can do that). I need the designer to be able to create original graphics from scratch. In order to achieve the highest quality of design, the best way may be to modify premium layouts. The preference is to create magazine-style brochures. The pdf's will be published online via Issuu or HP Magcloud. Proficiency with Quark, Scribus, or other DTP software would be an asset.
