Develop a Corporate Identity (logo, website, business cards, brochures, newsletter templates, facebook fan site...)

Hi Freelancers. A new company is going to be under new management and although they have all (website, logo, brand, business cards, etc). We would like to remake all the corporate image and prepare it for a new marketing campaign that will start next month. Things we need: - Logo remake. The actual is old fashioned (created in 2000). - Website design: graphics + template for wordpress, joomla, or similar. The website is an important part, will provide more information later on. - Promotional stuff: flags and banners for shows and expos. Brochures, business cards, t shirts. - Templates: for newsletters, public docs... - Others: FB fan site remake, Twitter background, email signature, any extra ideas will be appreciated. Please, only serious designers, companies. Good English needed (Spanish also posible). The business regarding all that is a small cruising company. So, related to the development will be: the sea, hospitality services, diving, good cuisine, holidays in high standard product.
