Jenkins Jenkinsfile SSH Declarative?

Have a local Jenkins Server and is working with more than a few jobs; recently had to rebuild it for another reason and having one JOB that is not authenticating. Using the username / password in Jenkins Credentials and the same user/name and password at the target remote server? The Jenkinsfile was previously working so kind of perplexed? Have made sure the obvious plugins are installed to Jenkins. Any thoughts? Can you help me get this job authenticating again? Please only bid if this is something that can be done with me now and this is something you are confident or want to will work on. FEEDBACK will be golden! Is $10 ok?
