Help needed in Curl Php with Linux os

Hello there ,
I am running a curl code in php where i am passing ssl key , but getting following error
could not load PEM client certificate, OpenSSL error error:0909006C:PEM routines:get_name:no start line, (no key found, wrong pass phrase, or wrong file format?)
While same script running on other server as well as local host .
i think its issue of OS setting .
If you can fix this issue you would have tell me what command you had run in os .
I can't give you root access . You will need to come in my any desk or team viewer .
