Lnmp stack setup on VPS

I have a virtual server (VPS) that will be running debian 6 which I have made several failed attempts to setup with a LNMP stack and I've run out of time to fix it myself, so I'm seeking a server admin who can either fix my failed attempt or start over from scratch and set it up. (I own the physical box the vps is running on so can go for either) In detail what I need is: Debian Linux - sort appropriate firewall, apparmour and networking settings, ensure all services start on boot, deal with log rotation Nginx (latest version) - straight forward setup to serve 1 domain, no ssl Mysql (Maria DB 10.0) - optimum configuration for the avaliable resources PHP (5.5) - configured using FPM again serving a single site. The code base for this site will be based off a Zend framework 2 directory structure, so it will need to serve files from the public directory of the main codebase. Backups I need at minimum the .bash_history file with all the commands you ran to get this setup working so that I can rebuild if required, ideally a chef/puppet/bash script which will do it automatically. Mysql should have binary logs enabled a cron job should be created to do a full backup once a day from mysql with point in time recovery provided by the bin logs. We will discuss retention policy and what level of backups should be kept. The codebase doesn't need any backups as it will be deployed from my git repo unmodified Monitoring + Alerts I'm not 100% sure what I need at this stage in this category, however I need as a minimum an email informing me of successful backup completion and alerts by email should the disk space run low. I would also like some monitoring of things like bandwidth, cpu and memory usage requests per second served by nginx and php and anything usful we can get out of mysql. Ideally I'd like this done this weekend however I realise that probably isn't feasable, so I have an absolute deadline of the 23rd of May. This is the setup I need for the beta version of a new site I'm releasing. I am hoping to find someone who will also be able to do the production build out for the site and to do some related work on my existing sites. I will discuss the requirements of these additional projects with any interested bidders.
