i run a Amazon shop selling a birthday balloon with banner of poop. recently i was sued by the HSP law firm in USA ,they charged me of infringing their customer trade mark of Emoji which i do not think so. but my Amazon account was putted on hold under the order of TRO form Court in Chicago,all the funds in my account was frozen now. i do not think the item i sold infringe the trademark of EMijo . enclosed you will see the picture. what kind of payment i need to pay if hire you to secure a settlement agreement with them and dismiss us form the lawsuit?
