Post video to facebook group via Laravel

I need a script/engine to post a video to a few facebook open groups. The script should be done via PHP and in the Laravel framework.
Front-end/UX is not needed.
Github/bitbucket is needed to do initial push with original Laravel files and then at least 1 when the project is done to see what has been added to Laravel to make it work...
Facebook login button is needed to login an account which will be doing posts.
I hope to find someone who did this before, so maybe he could do this up to 100eur.
