Need Laravel Pro to fix issue with webapp and add feature

I'm looking for a Laravel Rockstar that can take on a smaller project for me. The project consists of two issues.
1. Something broke in my webapp and I need it fixed. It is a SAAS, and a customer will go through my sales funnel and create an account. Then, the webapp sends an email that proivdes a unique link for the new user to create their login. However, the link it is now sending doesn't work so new people cannot sign up through that email link. When the user clicks the link, it just reloads the page. I need this fixed so that new users can create an account. This used to work. Not sure what changed, but it no longer works.
2. I originally created this app for use in my own business, but then changed it to also sell as a SAAS. When I had the app built, I did not have an administrator dashboard built. I now need an adminstrator dashboard built. This will allow me to log in and see all of my subscriber accounts. I need to be able to control how many users licenses their subscription can have, I need to be able to pause and delete their account, and I need to be able to see when they last logged in. It would also be good to see usage information on them such as how many projects they have created.
There will be ongoing work as we update this app. But this is the next project. I'm looking for someone that I can use on a regular basis to improve and maintain the app.
