I'm creating a Joomla based website and since I'm still learning, I'd like some help. Below is a description of what I need. Please bid only if you know exactly what to do because this needs to be complete in two days. I'm on a budget as well, so bid reasonably. Hopefully this is just a few hours work, just some final adjustments.
I've created this website from scratch (including the template). The website is located on my computer because I didn't upload it yet to the server. I've been editing CSS files for almost all components and my template so I can reach to this final result. However, there are still some things that I can't do.
1- I'd like registered users to be able to submit articles (but not publish). Publishing should be done by admin after reviewing the article. I'm using Frontend User Article List but it only appears to Authors and above. I want it to be available to registered users as well.
2- I want to add a menu item (articles) so that all the articles posted by users are displayed in that page. And I'd also like to add another one for Press (which will be posted by me) on a regular basis.
3- I want to have a menu item removed when the user is logged in. For example, in the menu I have a register option, once the user is logged in he shouldn't see that because he's already registered.
4- because of the template I created, the tooltip appears as white text with no background which is hard to read against other content written. I want to add at least a background to it, so it would be clearer. I'm not sure which element should I play around with here to achieve that.
5- I'd like the website to work perfeclty in major browsers (IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome). I've done all the work with Firefox. I have tested in Safari and there are some changes that need to be done.
6- I have other few elements that need to be adjusted (seyret video component not displaying correctly and I've added Community builder components such as profile, and so on that I want it to display correctly.
I'd like to see examples of your work and I want to make sure you know what you're doing before awarding you this project. I'll provide you with screenshots of my problems so you can have an idea of what I'm talking about. I'd also like it if you explain to me what you'll do and how you plan to achieve it. I'm going to do more Joomla websites soon and I'd like to know how to do these steps by myself.

Thank you all for your bids. I'm closing the project and I'm not selecting any winners. I had some discussions with the client and had some work around. I did manage to solve 3 by using a module that was right infront of me and never thought that it would be the solution (metamod). For number 4, I logged in to the ready-made templates in joomla, copied the code and just edited it according to my requirements. The rest of the CSS issues, I also managed to play around with the codes and solve it. Sleepless nights but worth it.
