Write JavaScript code to embed a random set of tweets (from a specified sample) into a Qualtrics Survey

We're academic researchers who are building a Qualtrics survey. We will create most of the survey ourselves, but we need your help with one part of it.

Our goal is to randomly show each person who takes the survey 10 randomly selected tweets from a sample that we provide ourselves. The two challenges are to: 1) import the sample of tweet urls to Qualtrics from an external data source and 2) embed the tweets into the survey questions themselves programmatically so that we can randomly assign different subjects different tweets.

Another way to put it: I am imagining that we would be giving you a csv file with something like a thousand tweet urls, so this would be your "input." And the "output" would be a working survey question that displays 10 of the tweets at random. All this would happen within Qualtrics -- we shouldn't have to redo the randomization or re-upload anything locally everytime someone takes the survey.

The survey respondents are not supposed to engage with the tweets; they are only supposed to read them, so it would also be good if the username, like button, etc. could be hidden behind opaque black boxes... but this is second order. The main goals are 1 and 2.

When you submit your bid, please provide at least one sentence about specifically how you would complete this task, so I know that you have read this description. My sense is that this won't take too long for someone who knows what they're doing.

The best bids for the project will have completed the task by Friday, June 26. I am willing to pay a premium for freelancers who can complete the project within this time frame.
