Updating backend server built with ExpressJS, GraphQL and MongoDB

Hello guys, I have a project in my startup where I am stuck in some issues on backend and I need someone who can help to. So the project itself must create an user and it will create a business. So Users and Businesses are to different collections but in business there is a field called User which will get the ID of the user who created the business. All good by now as it is working. Now we have to create jobs. But the problem is that it will add the user id instead business id. So what we want is the job to be part of the business and the business part of the user. This is one part. Second part is that we need two new functions: resetPassword and forgotPassword. So in app the user will type his email address and if the user exist will get an access token available for 5 minutes. In this time the user will complete the fields with new password and backend will store the new password. The third part is that I need a messages schema, which will be part of the job. So there will be a collection called appliedUsers. which will contain a boolean for accepted. If accepted is true then will create a collection with messages between the user who has applied and the user who has created the job. Thanks
