This should be a quick and easy project for someone who knows what they're doing.
I would like you to build me a single web page using only HTML, CSS and Javascript that displays a simple form - allowing the user to (1) select from a drop-down of available voices; and (2) enter text into a form input field.
Upon form submission, the text is sent to Amazon Polly for processing which returns the URL to an audio file, and plays the audio file for the user. It should also present the URL to the audio file so the user could click and download.
I would like for you to get this working in your own instance of AWS - and then provide me with instructions to set this up in my own instance.
Payment in full upon completion, documented code, install instructions, and delivery of source - no need for milestone as I expect this project would be a same-day turnaround time.
