I require a seasoned developer to build a simple Facebook Application and Messenger Bot to allow members to Pre-Register to a program. Most of the bot's output will be static placeholders. You must have experience working with Google Cloud Services, as once we have tested the build, it will be launched in the Google Cloud environment. You must have a staging environment to enable me to run and test the application and bot once you have completed it. The budget is non-negotiable. Please provide the spec. My language is Python, which is supported by Google App Engine. I am experienced in Python and C++ and currently studying ML/TensorFlow. I've completed Andrew Ng's online course on ML, studying how to create Neural Networks, Regressions, Support Vector Machines, KNN from the lowest level. I have one complete ML project on this site predicting cycle time of semiconductor wafers production (the last project). Among other, I had the relevant experience during my graduate work in which I've implemented the neural network with back propagation of error then trained it to recognize human faces, researching different sizes/architectures of the network. In addition there were many Octave/MATLAB tasks during the learning course. I write my code in Python compliance with PEP-8 so it is easily modified by other Pythonistas. Thanks for your time.
