Parse-ReactJS Web Application w/ External API

We are looking for a ReactJS/JavaScript web developer to build a web app using Parse as a bac-end (for storing static data). We do not have enough time or resources to build a custom back-end at this stage.
There will also be a need to connect to an external API, fetch data, and store it in the database on a regular basis (every x minutes), as well as updating the UI asynchronously (hence, ReactJs).
We will use an existing JavaScript library to display data visually ([login to view URL]), so at times you will need to be comfortable modifying it to work with ReactJs, as well as connecting it to the provided external API.
You will work closely with another front-end developer/manager on our company's repo, but you will be responsible for most of the project. We are not looking for agencies at this time, unless you can allocate a dedicated developer.
