Modify and Maintain a Web Based Application

We have a web based application that requires constant modification and upgrades and are looking for an ongoing partnership with a suitably qualified Java developer to assist us with this task.
There is also a need to complete an urgent task relating to this app. The details will be discussed with the successful / likely candidates to negotiate a price for the task.
The successful applicant must have strong Java, Javascript, MySQL, CentOS/Linux, and to a lesser degree HTML and CSS skills. Also, strong English skills are a must.
Please note, this is not a Website Development Project, so please do not just submit tenders if that is all you are looking to do.
