I need a javascript mortgage calculator that will accept 3 different loan amounts, terms and interest rates and display the following information upon submitting.
Total Payment
1st Month's Principal
1st Month's Interest
Interest Only payment
Bi-Weekly payment.
If you need the algarythms, I have a cgi script that I can send that you can look at to see how this is calculated.
It must be an external js file with the code to write it to an html page.
