Drupal/Hubspot integration

We need some customization done to our Drupal 8 website that passes some information on to Hubspot. We have a content type called "Premium Scholarships" that have a deadline attached to them. Users can add these to their scholarship list by flagging them (Drupal flag module). There is also a flag that they can click when they apply to the scholarship. We need the following to happen: 1) We need to know when a student has a premium scholarship due in one month, due in fourteen days, and when a student misses a deadline by having a timeline 'event' created in Hubspot for that user ([login to view URL]). So when a scholarship has a deadline in 30 days out, 14 days out, and the day after it expires we want the system to check for every user who has flagged the scholarship to add it to their list but has not flagged it as applied to. Then an event is sent to our Hubspot account for each of these users to show an event in their profile of. 2) Notification sent by email to the student telling them that they have a scholarship due in one month, scholarships due in fourteen days and notification when they missed a deadline for a premium scholarship.
