create simple apis in Node js with postgresql

The app is envisaged the simple idea of the funeral act. This app allows the user to add the funeral details of a person. The basic purpose of this app to contribute to the cause of giving knowledge to the masses about the death of a person. Following is the app basic flow A visitor can search the funeral acts through search bar by giving parameters like area, name etc. A user can add a death record by going through the registration process. A user can be notified on the basis of his area and the number of areas which he subscribes to get informed You have to create 18 to 22 simple APIs of a mobile app from scratch. Following are the details you must follow I need strictly these tools and technologies to complete these APIs - Node.js - PostgreSQL (DB) - Deployment of code on the server - Git complete Knowledge - Bitbucket account (You have to push the code at given bitbucket repository on daily basis) - The code should be well commented and in a modular approach. - firebase push notifications - Google places api ( find distance between two lat,longs) I have created a document in which I have mentioned the complete api endpoints with request and response parameters. You have to create a simple database ( tables structure ) according to the requirements and then start making the given endpoints. Following are the milestones 1- Login, Registration, Update Device, Forgot Password, Change Password, Edit Profile, Logout 2- Create Funeral Act, Get Funeral Act Feed, Get Funeral Act Details, Mark/UnMark funeral act “sad”, Search funeral Act Feed 3- Get Subscribed Areas, Add New Subscribed Area, Delete Particular Subscribed Area 4 - Get Notifications, Mark read particular notification, Remove All Notification. Please write down the answer of this (23 + 9 = ?) statement at the top of the proposal so that I can easily discard the fake proposals. A complete business flow with request parameters and response output of API are given the attached document. A freelancer must have proven experience of developing APIs. Please study the document carefully before applying to the job. My Budget is 100 $ not more than that. Please don't ask me to increase the budget after starting the job.
