Angular and Express Serverside rendering for shopify

I am currently working on a Angular project (MEAN STACK) that will be embedded as a Shopify App in their platform. There are some issues where we are unable to load our app into their platform using shopify bridge because it cannot load the cookie value. We are able to get a authentication token but it will try to loop a redirect from our website to shopify website and then fail. We are unable to move forward and need some help with this.
