We need a escrow system built like freelancer has, and a dispute system and some small updates. The one major thing different about our escrow system then freelancer.com is you can only hire the mechanic when you escrow funds. My budget is 1000 - 3000. Nothing paid until all work is done. We can do full escrow. Our site is [login to view URL] we are looking for a long term relationship so give us a deal we need a great programmer to keep doing updates for us. Stripe can 100% do what we need they will give us a special link makes our mechanics sign up through us but really its for a stripe account. Mechlance is Platform : Node.js Language: Javascript/Coffee Script Database: Mongo DB Please see the attached image I have all the wire frames and some pages all finished. We basically need a escrow system built like freelancer.com but our site is for auto repair. The site is fully functional now and is 100% custom code. Please see the word doc that has all things we need done.

I am not sure how everyone is bidding within your budget of US $3,000, because this is not a small Application, it requires at least 3 dedicated developers, one team lead, a Designer & a QA person working full time for 2 months.
