Healthcare Web Application development project (adding functionality to existing app)

Looking for two (2) full time developers to continue the development of an Healthcare web application. This will be a 40 hours per week, 8 week minimum project. Subsequent permanent work for an additional 6 months is highly probable if we find the right developers. You need to be fully dedicated to this project. Do not bid if you cannot work full time on this. You need expertise in web development using Microsoft Technologies. Specific technologies skills required are: Visual Studio, Team Foundation for code sharing, C#, Entity Framework 6.0, SQL Server, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] HTML, CSS, WebAPI, StimulSoft reports, The application makes extensive use of durandal and breeze javascript library so you must be have very strong javascript background. We will also be porting the application to Angular.js so that knowledge of this framework is a plus. Additionally, this application runs in the Azure Cloud so you must also be familiar with cloud development. Do not bid if you cannot demonstrate prior work with these technologies. You will need to be available for a daily morning scrum meeting (between 7:00 and 8:00 AM IST) using skype and teamviewer to review progress, work on prototypes and provide a daily status on progress. Again this is mandatory. If you cannot be available for these meetings, do not bid. I require contact directly with the developers so companies that have a front man taking specs will not be retained. Only real developers that can demonstrate their skills online need bid. Since there will be multiple meetings, your english speaking skills must be good. Practically no specs will be available, we will be using skype sessions to discuss required functionality and frequent sessions to refine and test the application. You will not be required to design the screen since we already have a GUI designer. However, we will provide prototype screens written in MS Access (just to show the GUI) that will be the basis that you will use to develop HTML/CSS development. This will be a highly interactive project. Very little documentation is expected but a lot of well designed and structured code is. The quality of the code is a must and you must have very solid testing skills. This is NOT a project about doing an HTML site. This is really the development of an application, that happens to be web based. Website developers should not apply unless they have strong application development skills such as SQL server, business validations, multi-tiered, etc. You need to start monday 24'th and will be required to provide a live example of at least two applications you have written (with code we can review). If chosen after that, you are required to do a small 2 hour (paid) project to demonstrate you skills before you are chosen for the entire 2 month project. This 2 hour project must be done before the 24'th. Will will pay 15$ an hour for the first week and move the price up to $20 an hour once you have demonstrated your capacity to understand the current application and deliver quality code based on our requirements.
