Looking for in house web designer

hi, We are consutling co. and we are looking for inhouse webdesigners for our clients co. who are based in india (gujarat). currently there are vacancy of two web designers. Intrested candidate needs to work at their premises for 8 hrs a day. candidate must have sound knowledge of flash,photoshop, fireworks, html, dhtml, javascript and other webdesign stuffs. Candidates will be hired on monthly salary basis, and it will be not the main constaint for the right candidate. if persons having exp. of 1-2 yrs. salary will be -> 5000 to 7000 INR if persons having exp. of 2-3 yrs. salary will be -> 7000 to 10000 INR above mention salary will be paid on monthly basis. please contact in pmb with your details resume or let me know your contact details. thank you very much for your time.
