Writing a bridge in Java between Ninjatrader and IB API to trigger orders in NT strategy but execute them at Interactive Brokers

I am looking for an expert in Ninjatrader C# language API, Java and IB API that can build a bridging software between an already developed Ninjatrader strategy that is triggering orders based on charted symbol A, and then the bridge software will transfer and execute a order for symbol B. The solution can use some kind of lookup table that lookups symbol A vs symbol B transition. Example, I am charting EURUSD, and once triggered the bridging software will fetch this trigger and convert it to an order on 6E (Euro FX Future) and execute through Interactive Brokers (through IB API). Another example, I am charting SLW (stock), and once triggered inside NT then the bridging software transfers this trigger into a SLW option (170217P00022500-SLW-PUT) and execute through Interactive Brokers. An important part would be a special algorithm to calculate the risk and order size when dealing with options. I have made a video to explain this. So this project can be divided into 2 parts: 1) Making the Symbol A to Symbol B bridge functionality through an Java bridging software. Video that explain the Symbol A vs Symbol B functionality: [login to view URL] 2) Making the option risk calculation from within this same Java bridging software, or from inside the NT strategy using theoretical pricing for options using Black-Scholes model, or just loading the underlying prices for non-options, such as 6E (FX future option), in order to calculate the correct risk positioning size.
