Need help with jQuery issue

Got a project I'm working on; there's a search function that when you type pulls out a suggestion box to help you finish up what your typing faster. Like Google Search type. It's not working and I'm thinking it might be the wrong version of jQuery or the jQuery my client added doesn't have that part of function in it.
Anyways; I'm looking for a JavaScript or jQuery expert that can quickly and on budget take a look and let me know where the issue is. If it was morning here I would do it but it's very late and I need this working by morning again. Or at least get suggestions from someone that knows how to fix.
