i have dataset of VM CPU utilization .I want a program that cloud read this dataset,It is based on dynamic threshold could identify how many VM will be migrated to another datacenter. => Read dataset file => dynamic Threshold will be defined for migrating dataset (10%CPU utilization difference from its previous utilization will be considered overloaded state and VM will b migrated) =>Count the number of Vm that are migrated =>Basic code is available need modification as per requirement.
