Finding Rule to classify data using MOEA framework

This project is to analyze data and generates a rule to classify that data. For example, given 5 features, the classifier should determine whether this entity is of this class or not. So it is a binary classification. Example: If (X1 >30 Or X2< 15 and X3 >10) then this entity of class 1 otherwise it is not. MOEA framework should be used. MOEA framework uses genetic programming. The complexity of this project is to find the rule and threshold values for each feature or variable. In this case threshold values are 30 for X1, 15 for X2 and 10 for X3. I was able to generate the rule for small dataset but the accuracy was only 60%, in addition, I couldn't find threshold values.
