Developer neds to be onsite for two weeks in Stockholm then offsite for 3 month is fine. Swedish cline tworkign with project manager and [login to view URL] dokumentaion and review will be given .intial interviw first step Prise is 30USD pr hour time/material I need a east european developer due to timezone and Stockholm. Visa and hotel will be paid by client for the two weeks to onboard and start the project.
