Corporate Outsourcing Development

Live Motion media is a company focused on interactive media. We have offices in Seattle, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, and New York. We cover a wide variety of media markets and advertising. We would like to introduce a large corporate outsourcing project. Our company is currently in the market for 18 new content rich magazine websites. The magazine websites would display rich content and offer an online viewable resource to the print form of the new publication. The magazines range in topics. All magazines will have a common layout shown in our example in the attached file. The file shows the common layout theme of each website and what we expect to see. The websites will need to have the following technology based software incorporated: XML Feed CSS Advertising sections Flash Java Java Script We seek to work with a company able to handle the production of all of the websites at one time. We are looking for strong computer graphics with strong image and graphic input. We dont want to work with anyone who has week graphic development in all aspects of web layout development. We will provide the developer with a sitemap for each website, logo, color schemes, and images to be used. The developer would need to develop a rich eye catching design. We are setting the development time frame at 50 days from date awarded or sooner. We are seeking a budget at $3500 - $4500 USD. We are not in the market of providing up front fees before work has been completed because of the size of budget. Developer would be required to sign a NDA/Development Agreement, which makes the deal legal between the client and developer. This will protect all sides and keep development and the business relationship fresh. We seek a long-term relationship as we have many development projects ready for the near future. We will only consider serious bids, within our budget. Also there is no way for use to pick a good developer if you do not provided samples of your company work or work you have done in the past. Bids with out samples, over budget, or unrealistic development timelines will not be consider. Happy bidding and thanks for the interest.
