Hi, I read the description and it seems you require a program for face detection from a photo. I have a lot of experience in image processing and i have done many projects with involve human detection, FACE DETECTION, body part detection. I can designed a small application with a GUI which allows you to select a file and crop the image from that photo. I have no prior projects completed at freelancer, but I am sure I can complete this project for you with all your requirements.
