Appointment Setter We’re a boutique property advisory service that has been created to assist all Australians. For many years, buyers of property have had limited access to great projects that meet strict investment criteria. Property in Demand use a team of property and finance experts to ensure our clients make the right property decisions every time. We also assist with financial planning, accounting, legal, mortgage refinancing, and self-managed superannuation fund advice. We need a telemarketer/appointment setter/internet marketer that can supply us with Property-Investment Qualified leads. We need 5 to10 leads appointments a week to start and we want to do a 4 weeks trial. We will pay a flat rate $80 per supplied lead appointment plus a bonus if the lead purchases a property. The process is: We will provide the script, basic qualifying questions, you obtain preferred appointment day, provide us with the leads list and our consultants will further qualify and book in exact day/time for appointment. I only ask that the marketers speak fluent English, do not contact people on the Do Not Call Register and that any dud leads are replaced, ie when we call them to confirm and we are told outright that they were never contacted, were not interested. We need some-one that can start ASAP. Leads need to be for home owners or people that are interested to invest in property. Leads must be from Melbourne, Australia. BUT depending on performance we can expand to include Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide very quickly. Payment Arrangement: Our consultant needs to meet with the lead to qualify for payment. A minimum number of appointments (5) at a time will qualify for a payment. Payment will take place weekly. Special Notes: We are here to work with you to succeed in this task on an ongoing basis and we will assist with whatever content and tools are required to achieve our common goals. Integrity in our dealings with prospects is paramount and we will not tolerate any negative or deceptive representation of the product we offer.
