Our website is fully optimized and we have a lot of contents, so we need someone who can advertise our contents, make a good online marketing plan and help us to reach more people. We don't need a person who will analyse our keywords or do onpage optimisation, we need someone who can focus on contents that we have and who can help us to reach more people with them. We need someone who will focus on organic results, not paid. Also, we need a person who will understand SEO and who can help us solve different problems that may occur during the time. We prefer to hire smart, intelligent,creative and independent people in our team, who are ready to give us new ideas how to better advertise our content. Your job will be to make a 30 day strategy for our website and explain us what you will do and how that will help us to reach more people. In that 30 days, you will use your strategy and after a month we can see the first results. Results don't need to be fast, it's important that we can see improvement. This project is long term, so we are ready to hire more then one person and check out who will find out the best practice for our website.
