Campaign brief – to demote the negative listings on page 1 [login to view URL] when keyword search being performed for ‘itra’ and ‘realty access’ respectively within 1-2 months. ITRA – 7 negative listings identified on 1st page [login to view URL] Recommendation – develop 8 fully optimized microsites (2 pages of content max). URLs to contain ‘itra’ within domain address, for example – [login to view URL] – [login to view URL] – [login to view URL] – [login to view URL] and so on. Realty Access – 8 negative listings identified 1st page [login to view URL] Recommendation – develop 8 fully optimized microsites (2 pages of content max). Process – perform typical SEO campaigns utilizing the keyword ‘itra’ and ‘realty access’ on all of the respective microsites. Campaign forecast Q1– microsites will start ranking within the first 10 pages of google.com.sg. Q2 – through sustained link building activity page 1 rankings appear and begin to push down negative listings. Q3- ongoing link building activity achieves 50% of microsites ranking page 1. Q4 – ongoing link building activity achieves 100% of microsites ranking page 1. - Monthly reporting – detailing traffic data and KW performance and ranking/position across the SERPs. - 24/7 access to online reports. - Implement full onsite protocols such as Sitemap, [login to view URL] and other such protocols/files if required. - Implement Google analytics. - Webmaster Tools setup, implementation and issue checking. - Implement Google friendly Meta titles and descriptions. - Implement high quality content. - Google + Local and Regional Optimization. - Add alt tags to images if any. - Sustained link building activity. - Industry related contextual links. - All Microsites ranking page 1 of SERPS and demote negative forum listings.
