3 Month SEO for my Website

We need to rank on first page of Google for our top 3 keywords in 90 days. The freelancer will work on all aspects of On-Page, Off-Page and particularly - Local SEO to bring our site on the first page. site: [login to view URL] We do have active Social Media accounts on LinkedIn, G+, Fb and Twitter. You can make use of it. We don't like any spamming the LinkedIn/Fb groups, so posting should be legitimate and done in a way that encourage conversations / engagement on the groups. We do have many images, articles and video content that can be benefited from. Freelancer will work with us in getting new content posted to benefit from SEO. The work doesn't involve running any paid Ads or Paid campaigns. Few important points: -> Quality of the work and achieving desired results are priority. We would like only 4+ years experienced SEO person to work on our project, not freshers. -> Freelancer should provide a clear and transparent report of the tasks and progress on weekly basis. -> This is one time project that ends in 90 days. Provide us a flat rate for the project. -> We would like to talk with the person performing our SEO tasks directly, not with the marketing person for day-to-day communication. -> If we are super-satisfied with your results, work-done, professionalism and proactive communication, we will consider to hire you again in future for other projects. (Not a guarantee though) -> If you communicate to us at the end of 2nd month that for achieving results you want more time, we will be willing to consider it however we can not pay extra money due to delayed results. -> Poor quality of posting on social media, fake links, fake accounts, spamming other sites or groups, spelling mistakes, poor English sentences in postings, will not be acceptable. We hold the right to terminate this contract if we find that your errors are spoiling our brand in the market. -> The payment will be released only on achieving of the target result. If you achieve the results early, we'll be happy to release the payment early. -> If your proposal is short-listed, we will be happy to provide you the keywords and cities we want to get ranked on Google.
