Digital Marketing Extraordinaire!

I am in the process of building a successful marketing agency in NZ and have some upcoming work that I am going to need a very experienced digital marketing professional with a demonstrable history of success in lead generation in particular. Basically I am looking for a great digital marketing all-round expert. I am wanting to build a long-term relationship with my digital experts, so I can focus on delivering strategy for my clients and running my business and therefore need a team of reliable people to work with, so if I recruit you, my aspiration is that it is a successful ongoing relationship that will span a number of different clients and projects depending on my clients' needs for years to come. As well as having impeccable English, my digital marketing expert will need the following skills: FACEBOOK o Running FB advertising campaigns - including writing the copy & image selection (with my direction) o Content generation for posting - ongoing business FB page management o Lead ads / carousels / all the latest FB advertising tricks o Split testing and optimisation o Audience analysis, targeting and refinement o Building look-alike audiences o Remarketing/retargeting, etc CRM / DATABASE MARKETING o Strong understanding of different platforms – definitely MailChimp and Campaign Monitor o Ability to set up eDM’s (design templates, create the eDM's and send) o Split-testing & optimisation o List management, audience segmentation o Automation setup GOOGLE ADWORDS o Setting up AdWord campaigns, split-testing, monitoring, optimising accordingly ANALYTICAL o Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and other analysis tools (ie FB, etc) o Making recommendations on optimising full multi-channel digital campaigns across channels for spend effectiveness (I would oversee all of this and lead the strategy, but someone that knows what they’re doing and can challenge my thinking) BUDGET MANAGEMENT - as above, I would oversee and have to manage, but you'll need to know how to stick to and optimise budgets o Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn/YouTube - all the usual and up and coming digital marketing platforms o Marketing automation CRM experience – Hubspot & Pipedrive in particular but the more the merrier • Systems connection experience – ie using Zapier to connect different software programmes • Website management with CMS – ie not developing websites from scratch but working knowledge of WordPress and other CMS for content updates/refinements, etc o Landing page setups with forms o Email skimming Really these are just all the standard skills I would expect a well-rounded digital marketing expert to have. I have strong technical and working digital marketing knowledge, I could but simply do not have the time to do this work myself, so if you're going to try and sell me glamour stats it will not work, so you need not apply. I need someone good that I can rely on. I will set the digital strategy but will be open to being challenged if you are as good as I am hoping. Or indeed if you prove how good you are, if I can brief you to propose the full digital strategy even better! I have a lot of clients needing digital support, so for the right person that delivers fast and strong results, this should be an ongoing, profitable relationship. Bonus points if you can do full web development from scratch using up to the minute SEO techniques (or can recommend one), as I will also need a web developer.
