Virtual Assistant Experienced in Secretary work - social media marketing and copy writing I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage and schedule my weekly activity on my Wordpress blog, youtube channel and Facebook page, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Please, only apply if you are a serious worker looking for a serious job, whiling to learn and evolve with your work commitments and to build a professional relationship. Your responsibilities: - Must know how Wordpress works and how to prepare, arrange and schedule blog posts and pages (embed youtube videos, manage photos and text) as well as work with pending articles for review. - Must have at least a proving intermediate working skill of seo and know how to use the yoast seo plugin on Wordpress (for text and videos). - Must be familiar with the Genesis Framework (by StudioPress) and the following Wordpress plugins: seo by yoast, video seo by yoast, genki youtube comments, advanced responsive video embedder. - Must know how to mange a YouTube channel, how to transcribe and add captions (subtitles) to videos, how to add video annotations, and how to add description text to videos. - Must know how to manage and create MailChimp campaigns and lists. - Must know how to use Pinterest and Dropbox, as these will be our main tools for sharing files on a weekly basis. - Must be accessible online through skype and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours (weekly workload initially may vary from 5 to 10 hrs). Your qualifications: - Must have perfect English (written and spoken), and strong attention to detail - Must have full access to reliable and fast broadband Internet connection - Must have a strong understanding of Internet, seo, wordpress, youtube, facebook, pinterest, dropbox - Must be open and able to multitask and take on multiple projects as they appear - Must be responsible, reliable, polite, committed, have a professional attitude and ability to meet deadlines sharp and with a proactive manner - Must have strong and clear communication skills - Attention will be given ONLY for proposals that meet these requirements and candidates with complete profile. - Previous experience as an online administrative assistant preferred - References or an established reputation on freelancer is also preferred What should you expect from a social media assistant? Let's look at some of the tasks a social media assistant can help with: Setting up pages, establishing presence and building lists on the social networks relevant to your strategic objectives Content curation of articles, videos and white papers that connect to your audience’s needs Writing blog posts based on an editorial calendar established by high-level executives or a social media consultant Advising on buyer personas and market trends (your social media assistant is the one “tapped-in,” on a day-to-day level, with your network) Maintaining momentum in your inbound marketing campaigns and fostering enthusiasm for social media amongst your sales and marketing teams
