Disable Webcam AutoPlay in iOS App That Uses Webview and HTML

I have a homebrew app which uses a webview to access a simple HTML page that accesses several live webcam (traffic) feeds. The webcams do not start playing until the user taps on the video thumbnail. Before iOS 10, it would load great with just a thumbnail image of the video. Once you tapped it, the video would begin which is how I want it to act. After iOS 10, it automatically attempts to start all the video feeds at once without any user intervention. I do not want the feeds to autostart. I would like someone to take a peek at my code and disable the autoplay for the "TrafficCam" tab in my iphone and ipad views. If you access the very same HTML directly from safari on that same device, the page loads fine and does NOT autostart the video feeds so I know the HTML is ok. This should be a very simple fix in which I cannot find. :-(
