I need a talented web developer

I need someone to finish a large web app project for me. Interested applicants should complete the test below (can take up to 1 hour....it will take most people 30-40 minutes). You will be working directly with me to try to finish this large web app, as my last developer disappeared when we were nearly finished. I think this will be a few hundred hours work. I would expect there to be more work ongoing after the app is finished, so this will likely be a long term position. Ideally I would like to hire someone for 30-40 hours per week. You must be an experienced C# developer. I will be asking applicants to do a 40 minute test, so that I can find the best candidate. Ideally you will have experience with building large web apps on the azure platform, and will be familiar with ASP.NET, and also some basic front end skills as the app is built using bootstrap. This is a basic salary of $3/hour, however once the app launches and starts to make money, I will be rewarding the developer who helps me to finish this project with a large increase in wage. I will probably increase wage to $8-10/hr after project is launched and is making money. If the app becomes very successful then I would be happy to increase wage even more.
