Mobile Webapp for E-Commerce

Need to develop a Mobile App for an Existing E Commerce System. There is a robust back end already in place w.r.t. all databases, images, products. An Existing Webapp is there - that needs to be refreshed, we need to give a completely new/ fresh experience to the end user. Requirement is to make a fresh front end webapp (and if I like your work, I will give work for mobile apps too for Android/ iOS Platforms later) The Web App needs to - work using HTML 5 with Leading CSS like Bootstrap/ W3 CSS etc. - Integrate with session management and pull in data from the database (Existing scripts need to be "plugged in" to the new design. My Expert for pluggin in the scripts will be doing the integration. - Your work is to create a fresh webapp, with themes, HTML sections. - DB Driven sections are out of scope. - See the existing zip file for more details on the existing webapp. - Current solution is deployed on IIS with ASP 3.0 (immaterial for you - since there is no coding involved / scripting)
