I am using a jQuery shopping cart script.
Where I live, there's 2 taxes that are charged for every transactions.
They're called TPS and TVQ.
TPS is 5%, and TVQ is 9,975%.
On Books, it is important to charge only the TPS tax. So 5% on that transaction only.
On Paypal, in the taxes settings, I have entered my region, with both taxes. But since Paypal have no idea that books where I live must have only one of the 2 taxes, it always apply both taxes, which is fine for 90% of the products we sell.
What I need, is to be able to override the tax rate for some products when matching a specific province in Canada. For example, what I described is only applied in Quebec, Canada.
So users from Ontario would pay their full taxes. And so on for other provinces.
