Flash application convert to HTML5 & other

Looking to convert current Flash based applications into HTML5 format. More specifically, we are looking to convert below quiz/games on this site: [login to view URL] 1) "Tic-Tac-Toe" (Beginer & Advanced) 2) Pinyin Lightning quiz (Including beginer & Advanced) 3) Pinyin Tones (Including Tone Master + Blue Quiz) 4) Number dictation; Requirements: 1. Stylistically consistent among all applications, I am looking for an improved design from the current version - taking advantage of HTML5's versatility; The final design should be up to my satisfaction. 2. The final deliverable should functionally capable of achieve same functions as they are currently. In addition, all exercises should store & display a record of "best scores"; The storage of "best scores" will be a local structured file, no database; 3. Sound file and current file will be provided. 4. The webpages should pass Google Mobile Friendly test. It's also critical that you understand the logic of the current application from the coding point of view before you even bid on this project.
