Fix a previous programmers mistake

I paid a programmer to write a "voting program" which basically works. I explained several times to this programmer that I need the code not put in via the cPanel, but given to me. I use a Mac-only web design software called Rapidweaver. It has containers for programs, text, pictures, etc. The other programmer ignored my request and put it up himself. Now if I update my web page, because his software is not in a container, Rapidweaver overwrites it and all is lost. The program is there, I just need it removed from my Index page, and the code given to me so it will work when I update. Since the program works, it should be a matter of taking it out of the index page and giving me the software. I believe the program in the header can stay there, but I would like that code just in case. What I really need is the code that gives the radio stream and voting stars (see [login to view URL]). I believe this would be a small project that an experienced web programmer could fix quickly. I would provide cPanel access to whoever does the work.
