CSS/Javascript Search Filter Functionality

I require an expert in CSS, Javascript and Responsive Design to add in a number of filters and options for our hotel search page; Please see page at: [login to view URL] The task involves a number of items: Using the Hotel table and all the fields specified in the TR for each row; For the right hand filters column 1. Name: Have the hotel name search section dynamically filter as the use enters search text. (hname field) 2. Star Rating: Using CSS stars buttons should be hand pointers and clickable, hover over should turn them gold. When a star rating is clicked it should toggle filter in/out those respective results. (hstar field) 3. Guest Review Score: Similar functionality to star rating. (hreview field) 4. Price: Add in a price range slider that dynamically sets the highest and lowest prices from this table. This should be in a callable function that can be used if prices change. The slider should then filter the results in the list by the minimum and maximum prices that are specified. Eg. [login to view URL] (hrate field) 5. Type : to detail 6. Themes: to detail For the sortable options above the hotel results” 1. Price: Should open a menu on hover, with options “Lowest Price, Highest Price, Price and Rating”. Should say “Sort by” above menu options on hover. When a option is selected the table should be dynamically sorted using javascript by the option selected (hrate field). For Price and Rating list should be sorted by hrate times by (11- hreview) ascending. If an option is selected it should make the price section highlighted in light blue with the words Price and then the option selected eg: Price - Lowest First . All other sort options on the top menu should be reset on selection. 2. Rating : Same as Price functionality above but with options : Highest Rated, Rating and Price.(does same as the similar option In price) 3. Stars: Same as Price functionality however should just toggle between 5 to 1 and 1 to 5 when selected (hstar field) 4. Distance: Same as stars above but distance ascending only (hdist field) For the Double Room option in the search at the top: Options should be Single Room, Double Room, Family Room, Multiple Rooms when selected a global variable ‘adults’ should be set to either 1 or 2. Family room and multiple rooms should prompt number of rooms, adults, children and children ages. Looking for nice looking dropdown lists – eg [login to view URL]
