Hey there, I have 2 pages of a splash and homepage (PSD ready) to be built. - Both pages have small text and menu to change on hover - A logo animation of video clips running behind it - Home page with moving small parts The theme is a kids theme. So is a fun project. I need great English skills and communication Thanks :)

It sounds like you require the work to be completed in a program such as Adobe Edge Animate, as this can take your Photoshop files and export HTML along with the animated portions and interactivity, all in place for you to upload straight to your webspace. I'm competent in the Adobe Creative Suite, so this won't be an issue! I'd like to see the files so far and discuss a little further before starting, but I'm looking forward to your reply!
