Build an Online Store - Conversion from CodeIgniter to Magento framework

We are looking to find a good team who can move an eCommerce site developed in CodeIgniter to Magento framerwork.
1. Existing eCommerce site is working with limited featrures:
a. User Registration
b. Login or without login select products and add into cart
c. Checkout items in cart
d. Shipping & BIlling Adreess and then payment
e. Payment is integarted with an external API Provider using REDIRECT method to merchant and response is received.
(Credit Card Informaiton is not stored on our webiste)
d. Design resgitration and designer can upload products which is approved by Admin
e. Product attributes setup etc
2. Above web site needs to be imported with data into Magento website
a. Magento Theme is designed , Developed and already setup so no work is required to develope etc.
b. 500-600 Products data needs to be imported from old web site to new Magento Website.
c. Multivendor plugin/extension needs to be integrated for designers to upload thier products and then approval for admin
d. Shipping compnay login needs to be created so that they can view the orders only. (Default user roles etc)
e. Payment API needs to be integarted as it is already working on old webiste.
Please bid/quote only if you have good experienc ein magento to avoid wasting time. there is one time fee and then monthly support.
Note that this needs to be compelted in days and not in weeks.
