The problem I have is: I've designed a single html webpage with a text. The text has a color-gradient background which animates. It works perfectly in Chrome, but fails in IE 11. After one day of search, I realized that may be the best solution is to implement color-gradient background animation by SVG. This is what I found. If you have a better idea, it is more than welcome. The other possible option is jQuery/JavaScript which is also okay. Please pay attention to responsiveness. You can find the webpage here: [login to view URL] . I will make sample, Just confirm me, Are you agree with my Budget? Just reply once. Than I will make and I will show you sample. My script will work to all browser, Even also old browser. Your provided script is not working in IE, because its made by only CSS I mean CSS3. CSS3 is not suitable for all browser. Are you agree with my budget?
