Create ASP.NET (in Visual studio) web app with SQL Server database. - Applications must be connected with one database (SQL Server, MySQL, SqlLite, Oracle ...) And contain 2 input forms: 1. Input form for the document(order form): a) HEADFORM must be folowing Fields: -Serial No. document, customer data, discount document -DATA ENTRY controls (Numeric, Date, ...) -data entry form customer code(data form customer form-same data as above) - automatic numbering of the new document b)INPUTFORM -the items under the HEADFROM of the document (must be connected with the primary key) -must contain Fields: Serial No. items, item, quantity, price, amount, tax, discount item -DATA ENTRY controls (Numeric, Date, ...) -used the codes of items, calculate the amount of items (including adjustment of discount) ...
