Thanks for your consideration and carefully reviewing our request here on Freelancer. We are interested in hiring for the buildout of an online portal. This portal once logged into would present our clients with information about the leads we are sending to them. There will two main types of users and listed below are their specific needs.
Coordinators
- Workspace that gives me quick ability to see new leads and leads that need attention (perhaps including alerts or color coding more important leads)
- Ability to manage a lead -- track and change progress, see, confirm, add and edit information they have provided in a quick and easy format.
- See summary information I can report to my boss
- Ability to have a person added directly to my or others schedules.
- Easy/Help button which gives this user the ability to easily message us when they aren't having success closing lead(s)
Clients (we are wanting these users to default to a different page, stand by for more details on this)
- Roll-up of study enrollment by us. I care most about leads (b/c I”m paying for them) AND success of those investments. How many are enrolling. I might like to see projections here on overall contribution to my trial enrollment goal.
- Drill down view to site performance. Single site, but ability to compare each site to overall performance AND ability to sort by criteria (Total leads, total randomized subjects, etc)
- Know why participants are not enrolling overall and by site
The backend is written in Django and will be hosted on Amazon S3, under strict adherence HIPAA compliance and guidelines. We are considering the following templates to help us get started:

We are thinking using these already existing templates will save us considerable time and energy, leveraging what is already out there for our specific needs. I believe we simply need someone to take our requests, connect with our database, plug in and connect the most appropriate widgets (as opposed to coding in our own calendar functionality for example) and serve up the different views and pages that allow our clients and users to easily access the information they are looking for.
Attached is a mockup of what we think would be a good home page for our Coordinators. Also attached are screenshots of the default django tables and forms. Reply back with your favorite pizza topping at the introduction of your request/pitch so as we know you have fully read this posting. We will only consider those which have done this.
We are looking for someone to join us here as a partner and not only simply fulfill our request but engage with us on thoughtful discussions about layout and usability...ultimately building out something that enhances our engagement and information access with our clients. Reply back with examples of past projects that showcase you have the abilities to efficiently complete this project. As well, we ideally are looking to work with those who have built such system corresponding to HIPAA compliance.
